William Odhiambo serves as the goal-driven Head of the Entrepreneurship & Social Enterprise Department at KOEEDO. With a highly organized and data-centric approach, he brings robust expertise in business development, entrepreneurship training, and agricultural value chain support across Siaya County. William is uniquely positioned to lead KOEEDO’s startup incubators and social enterprise initiatives, equipping vulnerable youth, women, and community groups with the vital skills needed to build resilient and sustainable livelihoods.

William’s career is marked by impactful roles in enterprise scaling and community mobilization. Most recently, as a Business Development Service Officer at Tom Mboya University, he provided critical strategic support to growing regional enterprises. His talent as an educator shone brightly during his tenure as a Trainer for the Mastercard-backed Jiinuwe Growth Program (2024–2025), where he delivered transformative Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) training to marginalized groups, focusing on market access and financial literacy. Furthermore, his work with the Siaya County Agriculture Department as a Data Collection Officer involved meticulous value chain mapping to drive regional economic development.

Complementing his professional experience, William holds a Certificate in Land Survey from the Siaya Institute of Technology. He is deeply committed to continuous professional development, holding specialized certifications as a Nyota and Jiinue Training of Trainers (TOT). He has also completed extensive, targeted coursework in Climate Change adaptation, organizational Leadership, and Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) & Value Chains. This dynamic, cross-functional skill set ensures that KOEEDO's entrepreneurship programs remain innovative, highly effective, and deeply aligned with community needs.
