Robinson Stanley Obadha brings over a decade of transformative leadership in community development and youth empowerment. As the Founder and Executive Director of KOEEDO, established in 2014, he has been instrumental in conceptualizing and directing economic empowerment initiatives, cultivating strategic partnerships, and delivering impactful training programs. His multifaceted expertise is deeply rooted in resource mobilization, stakeholder engagement, grant writing, and rigorous Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) across critical sectors including agriculture, education, health, and climate resilience.
Prior to founding KOEEDO, Robinson honed his program management acumen through pivotal roles at various renowned organizations. His extensive career includes serving as Program Manager at FCDV, Ungana Scholars, and OkoaMtoto. Furthermore, he championed women's economic and agricultural empowerment at Colors of Life Africa and drove vital HIV awareness and peacebuilding initiatives with Seeds of Peace.
His leadership is defined by measurable, life-changing achievements. Robinson successfully spearheaded the highly impactful "Let It Rain" campaigns, distributing essential sanitary supplies to over 5,200 girls across 31 schools, effectively combating period poverty and ensuring uninterrupted education. He also passionately drives the "Special Happy Moment Initiative," an ongoing program providing crucial support for individuals with disabilities spanning 2021 to 2025. Committed to sustainable impact, he has personally trained over 20 community mobilizers, ensuring the legacy of KOEEDO's grassroots outreach continues to thrive.
